Midge Seltzer

Midge Seltzer serves as President & Chief Operating Officer of Modern Business Associates, Inc. (MBA), a human resources outsourcing and professional employer organization headquartered in St. Petersburg, Florida.  Prior to joining MBA, Midge practiced corporate and labor and employment law with large international firms.  Moreover, while living abroad, Midge gained valuable international legal and business experience.

Midge received her B.S. degree from the University of Florida, and her J.D. from the University Of Florida College of Law, where she was a member of law review.  She is a frequent speaker and author on human resources and labor and employment law topics.

Midge also serves as Chairperson of the National Association of

Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO) and Chairperson of the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) Board of Employee Leasing Companies.
