Cindi Marsiglio

Cindi Marsiglio is Senior Manager of Public Affairs and Government Relations for Walmart.  She is responsible for advocating on behalf of Walmart and Sam’s Club in Florida. In addition to engaging legislative and executive officials on issues of importance to Walmart, she is also responsible for supporting the company’s growth in communities across the state and directing Walmart Foundation funds.

Cindi joined Walmart after serving in Governor Jeb Bush’s administration as a Deputy Secretary for Florida’s Department of Management Services.  As a member of the agency executive team, she was responsible for several divisions including legislative affairs, communications, budget, state purchasing, fleet, facilities and real estate.  

Prior to the her service with the State of Florida, Cindi was the Director of Government Affairs for the Florida Chamber of Commerce where she specialized in economic development and transportation policies. She managed the Chamber Political Action Committee in active support of pro-business candidates.

She is a graduate of Florida State University with a degree in Political Science and Communication. She is a member of the Board of Directors for Communities in Schools of Florida and the Second Harvest Food Bank of the Big Bend. She is a member of Good Samaritan United Methodist Church and is among the sixth generation of family members who call Florida home. She is a mother to two children – Grace (7) and Wyatt (4).  She and her husband, Mark, reside in Tallahassee.
